One of our favorite sides for our Thanksgiving table is Corn Pudding. We love this comfort food and pass this recipe down from generation to generation.
- 1 can creamed corn
- 4 tables flour
- 1/2 stick butter, melted
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- salt and pepper to taste
- Mix the first three ingredients together.
- Stir butter in until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until lightly brown.
