The farm might slow down a little in the winter but we still have many tasks to accomplish. In the Paw Paw store, we spend a couple months making jams and experimenting in the kitchen. So far our experimentation has resulted in the pies, muffins, turnovers, cookies, and fudges we offer. Every year we adjust our offerings based on our experimentation during these months.
This year we have experimented with more fudge flavors, salsa, adjusting a couple of our go to recipes slightly, and more. We have canned many jars of our new salsa, Aunt Pam’s Salsa. You will find it available on our website as well as in our stores.
